To do this, they chose Salesforce, the world's leading CRM, implementing a 360 view of their customers.
Focused on data unification, automation of Sales, Marketing, After Sales, Logistics processes and a broad view of their customers, they hired the Sales Cloud. The project was entrusted to us at Datago, responsible for the entire project, from the review of the current commercial process to the implementation of the structure, enabling Imetame to better use the contracted solution, better experience for users and greater performance of the team as a all.
