From discovery to go-live, with a senior team.
We map the process before configuring the tool. We deliver in sprints your team validates, and we leave with your own people able to run the operation.
Talk to an architectThe clouds we actually implement.
We do not list products we have never put in production. Every item below has been delivered and supported by this team.
Five lines that combine according to your moment.
You can start with any of them. Most clients come in through implementation or support and add the others later.
Implementation
Discovery, architecture and configuration: processes, data modelling, automation and integrations delivered in sprints with validation every cycle.
Talk about implementation →Evolution
A squad with an hour bank, a shared roadmap and new features every release, without opening a project for each idea.
Talk about a squad →Support
Managed support and administration, with SLA by severity and every ticket followed in the Doctor Portal.
See the Doctor Portal →AI and Agentforce
Agents that serve, qualify and act within your org rules. AI that cuts cost, not AI that demos well.
See AI in practice →Headless via MCP
The MCP server exposes Salesforce to AI and agents: data and action in the right context, on any channel.
See the Nitzap MCP →If any of these sound familiar, the problem is not the software.
- The license has been paid for months and the project never left the page.
- The team went back to spreadsheets because the CRM got slower than the old way.
- Nobody can say where the forecast number comes from.
- Every new integration becomes a project nobody wants to touch.
- The internal specialist left and took the knowledge along.
- The current consultancy changes consultants every quarter.
Seven phases, from discovery to hypercare.
Each one with a validatable deliverable. You approve before the next one starts.
The process as it exists today, gathered from the people who run it. Access, integrations and what is already in production.
Solution architecture, data model, scope and timeline closed. You approve before any configuration.
Construction in sprints, with partial delivery your team validates every cycle. Course correction happens during, not at the end.
Connection with the ERP and other systems, data load and cleanup for what goes to production.
A rehearsal of the switch with real data, a contingency plan and a window agreed with the operation.
Supported entry into production, with training by profile and documentation that stays with you.
Thirty days of close monitoring after the switch, fine-tuning whatever real operation reveals.
You see the project while it happens.
Scope, sprint, delivery and hours are visible in the Doctor portal from day one. No need to wait for a weekly meeting to know where the project stands.
- Prioritised backlog with what enters each sprint and what was left for later.
- Hours used and balance per line, updated through the cycle.
- Validatable delivery at the end of each cycle, to approve or ask for changes.
- Living documentation, that tracks what was actually built.
The platform changed in August. We were already here.
Salesforce and Anthropic announced Claudeforce, making Claude the default reasoning engine for Agentforce and Slack. We have been running MCP in production since before that: it is how Nitzap talks to any LLM.

WhatsApp +55 27 99997-0276Do you work with fixed price and timeline?
Yes, for implementation. After discovery, scope and schedule are closed and do not change on our side. A change you request enters as an amendment, assessed before execution.
Is the team that presents the proposal the one that runs the project?
Yes. A certified senior team, hired in Brazil, assigned from discovery to go-live. We do not hand delivery to third parties and we do not swap the team midway.
We already have Salesforce implemented by another consultancy. Can you take over?
Yes, and it is common. We inventory the org, document what exists and take over the backlog. Third-party customisation with no documentation needs a prior assessment, which we estimate first.
Do you integrate with our ERP?
Yes: Protheus, SAP, Senior, Sankhya and others. We work the Salesforce side of the integration and connect to whatever the ERP team exposes, whether API, webhook or middleware.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on how many clouds and integrations. A focused Sales Cloud goes live in weeks; a multi-cloud with ERP integration takes months. Discovery is what turns that "it depends" into a date.
And after go-live?
Support begins, with SLA by severity and an hour bank, followed in the Doctor Portal. You see response time and hour balance at any moment.
