Datago started in 2018 in Vitória, Brazil, as a BI and ETL consultancy with market intelligence products. That is where we learned to handle data before we learned to handle a CRM, and it is why we solve the problem at the source today, not on the dashboard.

Our headquarters are in Vitória, Espírito Santo, and coverage is nationwide: we currently have clients in 20 Brazilian states. Day-to-day project work runs remotely, which keeps things fast, and we travel when the stage calls for it, such as discovery, training and go-live.
Who runs my project?
Certified professionals, hired in Brazil and assigned from discovery to go-live. We do not hand delivery to third parties and we do not swap people mid-project. We prefer few projects with experienced people over many projects with people learning on the client.
Are you Salesforce only?
No. The company started in BI and ETL in 2018 and still does analytics: we are Tableau resellers. Salesforce came in 2020 and is now the largest line, but the two live in the same team.
Why does a consultancy build its own apps?
Because each one solved a problem of ours or of a client first. Nitzap came from a sales operation living on WhatsApp, SuperKanban from a board that would not fit, Doctor from our own support desk. Building on the platform is what makes us understand it from the inside.
